4. Payments and Billing

  • All services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Payment is due on the date stated in your invoice

  • Late payments may result in pausing or cancellation of services
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise

We do not offer refunds for services already delivered. If you are unhappy with any work, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

5. No Long-Term Contracts

We do not lock you into long-term contracts. You can cancel your service anytime with written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed normally.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the best results, we ask that clients:

  • Provide accurate business information (name, address, phone, services, service area)
  • Give us access to required accounts (Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, website, etc.)
  • Respond to our communication in a timely manner
  • Approve content, designs, and changes within agreed timeframes
  • Use our deliverables only for their own business

Delays caused by missing information or slow responses are not the responsibility of Landscaping SEO Services.

7. SEO Results Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing involve many factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market conditions.

While we use proven, white-hat strategies and have a strong track record of results, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific keyword rankings
  • A specific number of leads, calls, or sales
  • Page-one rankings within a fixed timeframe

We commit to doing the work professionally, transparently, and with your best interests in mind.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, reports, strategies, and tools we create remain our property unless full payment has been made
  • Once paid in full, deliverables specifically built for your business (website, custom content, landing pages) become yours to use
  • Our internal processes, templates, and methods remain the property of Landscaping SEO Services
  • You may not copy, resell, or share our deliverables with other agencies or third parties without written permission

9. Website Content

The content on our website — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Landscaping SEO Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver quality services, but to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the most recent month of service

You also agree not to share confidential information about our services, pricing, or methods with third parties.

12. Termination

Either party can end the working relationship with written notice. On termination:

  • Any outstanding invoices must be paid
  • Access to shared accounts will be returned to you
  • Deliverables already paid for remain yours

We reserve the right to immediately terminate service if a client violates these terms, engages in illegal activity, or behaves disrespectfully toward our team.
